We place a high priority on Sunday School because Jesus said,
"let the little children come to me...for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Luke 18:16)
At Life in Christ, we let the children come to Him, first through baptism, but also through the hearing of God's word in Sunday School.
A typical day at Sunday School starts with group singing, and then moves into a bible lesson that is geared towards each child's age group, and then finaly either an art project or game that reinforces the lesson.
We use the "Growing in Christ" series which is produced by Concordia Publishing House and has been effective in giving our students a good, working knowledge of the Bible.
