We place a high priority on Sunday School because Jesus said, "let the little children come to me...for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Luke 18:16)

At Life in Christ, we let the children come to him, first through baptism, but also through the hearing of God's word in Sunday School.

A typical day at Sunday School starts with group singing led by pastor, a bible lesson that is geared towards each child's age group, and then either an art project or game that reinforces the lesson.

We use the "Growing in Christ" series which is produced by Concordia Publishing House and has been effective in giving our students a good, working knowledge of the Bible.

*Parents, if you really want to impress upon your children the importance of Sunday School, consider going to "Sunday School" yourself! In otherwords, attend Sunday morning Adult Bible Study, which happens at the same time. When they see that you take Christian education seriously, they will follow your example.
